Terms of Service
Effective July 10, 2026. Pink Kiwi is operated by Kind Services LLC and provides a business-to-business marketplace connecting professional medical aesthetic practices with independent suppliers. Pink Kiwi does not sell to patients or consumers and does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, or administer medical treatment.
Buyer accounts must represent a legitimate business. Buyers are responsible for maintaining current organization records, licenses, credentials, and purchasing authority appropriate to each product. Credential review does not replace a buyer's independent legal and regulatory obligations.
Prescription-only, DEA-regulated, pharmacy-only, or otherwise restricted products are not available for purchase unless Pink Kiwi, the applicable supplier, and the payment processor have approved that product category and the buyer has passed every required credential and jurisdiction check. Pink Kiwi may disable a product or category at any time to comply with law, card-network rules, supplier restrictions, or payment-provider requirements.
Suppliers are independent businesses responsible for the accuracy, authorization, quality, storage, packaging, shipping, and lawful sale of their listings. Pink Kiwi facilitates the marketplace, payment, routing, and recordkeeping workflow; the order record identifies the supplier responsible for each line item. Suppliers must maintain required licenses and use authorized distribution channels.
Orders are offers to purchase and are not accepted until the applicable supplier confirms availability and Pink Kiwi completes payment, fraud, credential, and routing checks. Pink Kiwi may pause, reject, cancel, or refund an order when information is inaccurate, authorization fails, inventory changes, a listing is restricted, or fulfillment would be unlawful or unsafe.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, minimum quantities, payment terms, and supplier-specific conditions are shown before order submission. Payment information is processed by our payment providers. Buyers authorize Pink Kiwi and its providers to charge the selected payment method for accepted orders, adjustments they approve, and applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Cancellations, returns, damaged shipments, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Delivery, inspection, and shipping requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy and any stricter supplier terms disclosed before purchase.
Users may not provide false credentials, purchase for personal use, resell through an unauthorized channel, evade product restrictions, interfere with the platform, misuse marketplace data, or use Pink Kiwi for an unlawful transaction. Accounts and listings may be suspended to protect buyers, suppliers, payment partners, or platform integrity.
Marketplace information is provided for professional procurement and is not medical, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Kiwi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
